Privacy at Loudcom
Your data.
Your choice.
A clear explanation of what this website collects, why it is used and how you can control it. Last updated 2 August 2026.
01 / Controller
Who is responsible
Loudcom Media is the controller of personal data processed through loudcommedia.com. The controller’s address is Rruga e Kavajës, Pallati Konstal, Kati IV, Tiranë, Albania. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form and select “Something else”. Please write “Privacy request” at the start of your message.
02 / Information
Data we process
Contact enquiries
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type, message, submission time and delivery status. Name, email, enquiry type and message are required so we can understand and answer the request; the telephone field is optional. If required information is not provided, we cannot receive the enquiry through the form. We use a temporary one-way identifier derived from the submitted email address and IP address to limit spam; it expires after one minute. Hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps.
Release-management accounts
For authorised staff and collaborators, WordPress processes account identifiers, login and security information, release details and uploaded artwork. The private dashboard is not intended for public registration.
YouTube videos
No YouTube connection is made when the page first loads. If you deliberately select “Watch on YouTube”, the privacy-enhanced YouTube player is loaded and YouTube may process device, network and usage information under its own terms.
03 / Why
Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a business relationship: steps at your request and our legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and partners.
- To manage releases and authorised accounts: performance of agreements, steps at your request and our legitimate interest in operating our catalogue securely.
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse and maintain service security: our legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
- To keep business and compliance records: applicable legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- To load an optional YouTube video: your deliberate request when you select “Watch on YouTube”. Not selecting it does not prevent access to the rest of the website.
We do not use contact-form data for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis and notice. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling through this website.
05 / Storage
How long data is kept
- Contact enquiries stored in WordPress are automatically deleted after 24 months.
- Email copies and business records are retained only while reasonably needed for the enquiry, relationship, accounting, legal or dispute requirements.
- Spam-prevention identifiers expire after one minute. Server and security logs follow the retention configured by the VPS and security provider and should be kept no longer than necessary.
- Release-management accounts remain until access is no longer required; administrators should promptly remove former collaborators.
07 / Control
Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Submit a request through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work, or to Albania’s Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data.
We may update this notice when the website, service providers or applicable rules change. The latest revision date appears at the top.
